We had Tom Jannace Roofing install a new roof over 18 years ago. The roof had been problem free until recently when we noticed a small water leak coming from our sky lights. We called Tom and he was so polite, accommodating, and he actually remembered us. He repaired the leek and gave us an incredibly fair price for the new repair. If you are looking for a roofing company with old school values and quality combined with a professional and kind attitude look no further.i would give 10 stars if I could!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tom and his crew did a full roof replacement for us. His pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and their workmanship was very professional. He was even able to improve our attic ventilation and correct a previous framing issue we had. The roof looks great and we could not be more satisfied with whole experience. Highly recommended!
